No. really...this is me...really..
I went swimming today at my sister's house. She has a pool in her yard. It was great. Sun was warm and the sky was blue and I swam and floated and swam for 4 hours straight. I felt a bit like a relaxed noodle when I got out but it was just what I needed. A day of lazing around in the sun. I have pictures but if you think there will ever be a picture of me in a bathing suit on the Internet...well, HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! The Internet is NOT ready for that.

i am so jealous! i've been trying to get my boy to talk to them at the hotel to see if i can come swim there to try to get this old body back in working shape...I told him i would even go at 5 am so as not to scare anyone :) he just ignores me...typical man :)
Ah, a hotel pool. I have a funny story about one of those. I was on a trip with my sisters. We all love to swim but we're all a little on the plump side of life. We stayed at a hotel for one night and asked for a poolside room so that we could get up and take a swim before we checked out that day. So, we wake up, get in our suits and head out the patio door to the pool. We get all the way to the pool stairs and we have to turn to get in the pool. Right then, we notice there are about 100 people all sitting at tables having some kind of a breakfast meeting poolside! Haha! We turn and look at them, looking at us and we walk right back into the room! They must have thought we were the entertainment or something and I'm sure the sight of us in our bathing suits was NOT what they wanted that early in the morning! Hahah!
mg that's funny! that'd be my luck to think i was going to sneak in there at 5 am and 900 other people would have the same idea. his hotel is right by the fairgrounds so they stay full of the rodeo crowd and he swears they come over there in the middle of the night and not only go swimming themselves but take their horses for a bath too. it was so bad a couple of weeks ago that they could not clean it with water in it and had to drain it completely and scrub the entire thing with some kind of lye type acid chemical. The pool is his baby and it's the first thing he does in the morning and checks on it periodically throughout the day. he's a real laid back kid but if you want to see him pissed then it is on days when he can't get his pool to be blue. i personally don't think i've ever seen to many *blue* pools so no telling what i was swimming in. :)
i want some sunshine to get a swim in over at my mom's sometime soon
