Yup, that's right. I lost a half a pound. Whoo hoo. *sarcasm intended*
*sigh*
Okay, it's still a loss and I know I've been doing pretty good watching what I eat and getting lots of exercise by swimming almost every day this past week. So, I have to just see this as a very tiny victory...a step in the right direction...one small step for a big behind... well, you get the picture.
Staying positive is half the battle. The other half is keeping my car from turning into the parking lot of Big Star (a particularly delicious drive in hamburger heaven here in Kenosha) every time I pass by. The smell of those grilling onions alone probably adds 5 pounds!!
I can and will continue on with the good fight. Actually, I feel better these days. So I know I'm doing something right!
